The DFreight platform provides you with a straightforward 4-stage booking procedure from start to finish:
1. Inquiry
This is when you submitted an inquiry for your shipment. At the end of this stage, an order ID is assigned to your shipment automatically by the system.
2. Booking
This is when you have compared the given proposals and selected the one that suits your expectations. You must then complete the booking form in 5 easy steps and wait for the booking form to be approved by our operators.
3. Active Shipment
This is when your shipment order has been approved by our operators and is being processed. At this stage, you can use our Track & Trace System to check and follow up on your shipment’s status via Overview Tab and be in touch with our professionals through our Communication Center to get informed of the process and any issues that may arise.
4. Finished
This is when all tasks related to a shipment order have been accomplished successfully, and your cargo has been handed over to the consignee.
