In order to submit an inquiry and receive a quote for your shipment, you need to specify the Origin and Destination countries and cities in the “Determining Terminals” card (Card No. 1 in the Inquiry Form).
You can type the first letters of the Origin and Destination Countries in the fields provided and select them from the drop-down menus opened below the fields.
Pick-Up and Delivery Mode for Origin and Destination
If you select “Door” for either Origin or Destination Countries, you must provide the exact address of the pick-up or delivery locations. You can use “Address Book” to see a list of addresses you have created before or enter your new address.
If you select “Port“ for either Origin or Destination Countries, you must select the port from the drop-down menus opened below the fields.
Note that incoterms shown to you in the “Cargo Info” (the next step) depend on the terminal type you select in this stage.
Port-to-Port Shipping
