The Port of Amsterdam is a seaport located in Amsterdam, Netherlands. It is the busiest port in the Netherlands and the fourth busiest in Europe, with a cargo throughput of 97.4 million metric tons in 2020.

The port is located on the IJ Bay, on the city’s north side, and is connected to the North Sea by the North Sea Canal. Significant towns near Amsterdam Port are Utrecht, Haarlem, The Hague, Rotterdam, and Amsterdam.

The port consists of the main harbor and a smaller outer harbor, connected by a series of canals.
