Companies must then submit a shipping plan to the port authorities outlining the products to be shipped and the expected date of export. Products can only be exported during daylight hours. Once products have been loaded onto the vessel, the port authorities will provide a Certificate of Export which must be presented to UAE Customs when the products leave the port.
