It is important to frequently change your account password on DFreight platform to ensure security. By doing this, you are also helping to protect the platform from potential threats.
To change your account’s password, click on your profile name on the top-right hand of the platform screen and select “Change password” from the drop-down menu.
You can also select “Profile” from the drop-down menu and click on the “Change Password” button on the right.
In the new dialog box, you can easily change your password by putting in your current password (Old Password) and then typing your New Password and retyping it in the Confirm Password field.
Minimum Requirements for Your Account Password
- It must consist of at least eight characters.
- It must contain a letter.
- It must contain a number.
- It must contain one special character.
