What Is “Quick Chat” and How Does It Help Clients?

The “Quick Chat” feature on DFreight’s Digital Freight Forwarding Platform is an excellent way for customers to ask general questions about the products they want to ship, shipping procedures, and any assistance they may need. This feature allows customers to chat with a DFreight representative in real-time from Mon to Fri, 9 AM to 5 PM, Dubai time, which is extremely helpful when getting information about shipping and logistics.

The “Quick Chat” feature is very user-friendly and easy to use. Simply type in your question, and a DFreight representative will respond promptly. This is a great way to get quick answers to your questions without waiting on the phone or wading through a lengthy FAQ section.

To start a quick chat, you can simply click on the green “Headphone” icon on the bottom-right corner of any page within the DFreight platform. Note that we’ll respond to your general issues here. If you want to ask questions about each specific shipment, use our Communication Center to communicate with the experts assigned to your shipment in its “Order Chat.”
